BJP leader Syed Shahnawaz Hussain reacted to the encounter of one of the accused in businessman Gopal Khemka's murder and said that criminals won't be spared in the state. "Encounters and arrests have occurred, and the message has been sent that this government enforces a zero-tolerance policy against crime," he added. The prime accused was shot dead on Tuesday morning.
