Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday said the state government will provide jobs and employment opportunities to one crore youths in next five years. State government will set up Jananayak Karpuri Thakur Skill University in a bid to impart skill development training to connect youths with self-employment opportunities, he said. The announcement comes ahead of the upcoming Bihar polls.
