China has sent its largest-ever business delegation to Bangladesh, led by Commerce Minister Wang Wentao, to strengthen strategic and economic ties. Over 250 delegates are attending a trade conference aimed at boosting Chinese investment in infrastructure and manufacturing. Separately, Bangladesh and Pakistan had resumed direct trade earlier this year for the first time since 1971.
