A 40-year-old Class 8 dropout was arrested in UP's Lucknow for allegedly cheating over 20 women of lakhs of rupees after posing as an Army Captain, police said. Identified as Haider Ali Beg, he used the fake name 'Hartik' and lured women into relationships via multiple Instagram accounts. He asked for money from the women and went incommunicado, officials said.
