Ukraine will not pay $665 million owed to international creditors on June 2, its Finance Ministry said. The payment is part of $2.6 billion in GDP-linked securities, which are tied to the country’s economic growth. It added that payment will not be done until debt is restructured. The Finance Ministry said that 2024 deal with international creditors removed "cross-default clause".
