Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has responded to Opposition's charge that the Centre announced financial aid and schemes for Bihar in Union Budget with eyes on Assembly polls there. "I think this is a lame and lazy quick way to look at the Budget," she said. "Every state gets its share of all central schemes...their due grants and aid," Sitharaman added.
