Ex-Union Minister MJ Akbar, who is part of all-party Operation Sindoor delegation, said Pakistan was born in violence and not through a popular movement. "Pakistan was born after the great Calcutta killing of 1946, and it died in 1971 after the great Dhaka killing," he stated. Akbar added that despite its "death", Pakistan hasn't withdrawn from its policy of violence.
