Austrian military historian and air combat analyst Tom Cooper said India achieved a "clear-cut victory" against Pakistan, adding he wasn't surprised that Pakistan "sounded" for a "ceasefire". "When one side (India) is bombing nuclear weapons storage facilities of the other...and the other (Pakistan) has no ability to retaliate left, then that's a clear-cut victory in my books," he added.
