A man from UP has been arrested in Muzaffarnagar for cheating 20 women across four states/UTs (Assam, Delhi, Meghalaya and UP) after getting into relationships with them. The man, identified as Naushad Tyagi alias Rahul Tyagi, established relationships under false promise of marriage and extorted money and jewellery from women. He had been running this scam for last three years.
