The much sought-after '0001' special vehicle registration number has received the highest ever bid of ₹36.43 lakh in Chandigarh. The Registering and Licensing Authority (RLA), Chandigarh, conducted the e-auction of new series 'CH01-DA' from vehicle numbers 0001 to 9999 along with some leftover fancy and special registration numbers of previous series from August 19 to 22.
