Tata Technologies CEO Warren Harris said the US' decision to hike the H-1B fee to $100,000 per year will change the company's resourcing plans for the future. However, Harris stated that the visa fee hike will not have any short-term impact on the firm. Tata Technologies had a global workforce of 12,402 as of September quarter of this fiscal year.
