Prashant Kishor's party Jan Suraaj has alleged that ₹14,000 crore were diverted from World Bank funds for ₹10,000 cash transfers to 1.25 crore women voters by CM Nitish Kumar's NDA government. Party spokesman Pavan Verma alleged the funds were taken out an hour before Model Code of Conduct for the recently-concluded Bihar polls. Notably, Jan Suraaj didn't win any seat.
