Pawan Thakur, the alleged mastermind of a ₹2,500-crore drug racket, has been arrested in Dubai and will soon be deported to India. Thakur and his family fled to Dubai after drugs were seized in Delhi last year and his five associates were arrested. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) had issued an international Silver Notice against Thakur in September.
