Himachal Pradesh PWD Minister Vikramaditya Singh announced an interim relief of ₹2 crore for repair of roads in each flood-affected constituency in the state. Vikramaditya also announced ₹50 lakhs for the rest of the constituencies. During this year's monsoon, Himachal has seen 92 deaths due to 31 flash floods, 22 cloudbursts, and 17 landslides, along with heavy rains.
