A ₹750-crore satellite backed by billionaire Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has been lost in space. The satellite called MethaneSAT had been collecting emissions data and images from drilling sites, pipelines, and processing facilities worldwide. The satellite was launched in March last year. Its last known location was over Norway's Svalbard.
