Aakash Educational Services has issued a second legal notice to partners and officials of Ernst & Young (EY), accusing the firm of conflict of interest and professional misconduct. EY, which currently acts as advisor to competitor Allen Career Institute, is accused of acting against Aakash's interests. It has also asked EY to stop acting as resolution professional for Byju's insolvency.
