Central Board of Film Certification has allegedly denied certification for Malayalam film 'Haal', citing a scene related to beef biryani and dialogue that refers to "dhwaja pranamam" and the "Sangh". The makers of the film have approached Kerala High Court against CBFC's demands. "CBFC's demands are very strange...It's a movie that carries a good message," director Veeraa said.
