Judicial Commission investigating the Hathras stampede incident that killed at least 121 people has given a clean chit to Suraj Pal (Bhole Baba) who conducted the satsang, reports said quoting sources. The commission has reportedly blamed the negligence of police and organisers of Satsang for the incident. A three-member judicial commission was constituted to probe possibility of conspiracy.
