The autopsy report of security guard, who allegedly died in police custody in Tamil Nadu's Sivaganga has reportedly stated "chilli powder" was applied to his "back, mouth and ears". Five policemen were suspended after the incident, and Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin had transferred the case to CBI. Madras High Court had called policemen "drunk on power" for the incident.
