A woman has claimed that Customs burnt her fur jacket after she refused to pay them a bribe of ₹15,000 for a seven-year-old jacket she purchased for ₹7,000. "I explained how it's...not a gift, it's a personal belonging...I even shared my receipts as proof," she said, adding that Customs still said "if I didn't pay, they would burn my jacket."
