Prawin Ganeshan, the Founder of importer Wintrack, which exited India over bribery demands by Chennai Customs, alleged that Customs officials in Bengaluru forced him to break God idols in his luggage, examined his phone and released him 15 minutes before his flight. On being questioned, an official referred to his 2022 complaint against Customs. Ganeshan was flying out of India.
