Germany is drawing up plans to rapidly expand its network of bomb-proof bunkers and shelters, a senior government official said, warning that the state needs to be prepared for an attack from Russia within next four years. As per reports, Germany currently has about 580 bunkers, many of which aren't operational. Nearly 2,000 bunkers existed in Germany during Cold War.
