US President Donald Trump directed his team to start ceasefire negotiations between Israel and Iran on Saturday night, Reuters reported, citing a White House official. "Get me Bibi (Israel PM Benjamin Netanyahu on the phone). We're going to make peace," Trump reportedly said. He also directed officials to start talks with Iran, in which US Vice-President JD Vance was involved.
