Researchers from IISc Bangalore, along with Japan's National Institute for Materials Science, have detected a quantum fluid of electrons in graphene, i.e, when electrons flow like a frictionless fluid described by a universal quantum number. "It's amazing that there's so much to do on just a single layer of graphene even after 20 years of discovery," the study's co-author said.
