India-based trade-focused think tank Global Trade Research Initiative (GTRI), in its report, said any progress on India-US trade deal is dependent on US President Donald Trump rolling back 25% Russian oil-linked tariffs on India. The report stated no breakthrough is likely without it. India and US are back at the negotiating table today in New Delhi to revive trade talks.
