A day after the Patiala police registered a case against the top brass of the Punjabi University, including Vice-Chancellor Jagdeep Singh, for allegedly "digging pits to bury" error-ridden copies of the revered 'Mahan Kosh', he has tendered an apology. He explained that the intent was noble, and they wanted to adopt an eco-friendly approach to prevent the misuse of copies.
