Vijay Deverakonda's latest film 'Kingdom' has earned ₹44.89 crore at the box office so far, according to Sacnilk. Seven days into its theatrical run, the film has yet to manage to reach ₹50 crore mark. Amid this, the film has been facing backlash for allegedly misrepresenting Tamil identity and hurting religious sentiments for portraying Sri Lankan Tamils in negative light.
