A row erupted after Jharkhand Health Minister Irfan Ansari asked people to lock BLOs inside their homes if they visit for the SIR (Special Intensive Revision) exercise. "Everyone should protest against SIR...BLO is coming to delete names [from the voter list]. Lock him inside the house and release him after I arrive," he said while addressing a public gathering.
