Russian President Vladimir Putin had a substantial phone call with French President Emmanuel Macron regarding Ukraine and Israel-Iran conflict, the Kremlin said. This is the first such exchange between the two leaders since September 2022. According to Macron's office, the call lasted two hours, and Macron called for a ceasefire in Ukraine and beginning of negotiations to end the conflict.
