West African nations Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger announced their withdrawal from International Court of Justice (ICC), calling it "a tool of neocolonial repression." The countries said ICC has "proven to be incapable of handling war crimes against humanity." The three countries are currently ruled by military officers.
