Pune Airport has introduced 'meet and greet' and porter services, similar to those at railway stations, to assist travellers. Airport Director Santosh Dhoke said that special counters had been set up for travellers to book assistance. The services aim to reduce the burden of carrying heavy luggage, especially for senior citizens and those with disabilities.
