In Uttar Pradesh's Kaushambi, 55-year-old Sheela Devi was found hanging, initially suspected to be suicide. However, a post-mortem revealed she had been strangled. Her son, Kishan Kishore (30), confessed to the murder, fearing she would transfer land and ₹3 lakh to his brother. Electronic evidence confirmed his involvement, leading to his arrest on Friday.
