In a disturbing incident that has left the residents of Raipur and Bilaspur stunned, a 16-year-old girl allegedly murdered her boyfriend, Mohammad Saddam, by slitting his throat inside a lodge room in Raipur for forcing her to abort the baby. The incident occurred on the night of September 28 and came to light only after the minor confessed.
