Protests broke out in Rajasthan's Tonk after multiple reports of molestation and forced religious conversions surfaced recently. A 13-year-old was allegedly molested for weeks while on her way to coaching. The accused threatened to throw acid on her if she refused their demand for nikah and conversion. Another incident involved a girl's gang-rape by seven males, six of them minors.
