Actor Varun Badola said the recently released 'Saiyaara' would have been a flop if Shah Rukh Khan had been in the lead instead of Ahaan Panday. "Try putting Ahaan in 'Jawan'…it will flop. Put Shah Rukh in 'Saiyaara'…it will flop," Varun said. "Shah Rukh…[is] too big for 'Saiyaara', and Ahaan will not have the personality to run 'Jawan'," he added.
