An applicant under the name 'Samsung' has applied for income certificate in Bihar. Father's name has been mentioned as 'iPhoan' while mother's name is mentioned as 'smartphoan' in online application received by Modanganj block office in Jehanabad. This comes days after a residential certificate was issued in Bihar's Patna in the name of 'Dog Babu'. Police will investigate the matter.
