NCP (Sharad Chandra Pawar) MLA Jitendra Awhad sparked a controversy after saying that Sanatan Dharma has "ruined India" and calling its ideology "perverted". His comments came after all seven 2008 Malegaon blasts accused, including Pragya Thakur and Lt Colonel Prasad Purohit, were acquitted by a special NIA court on Thursday.
