A 'smart class' was inaugurated in a government school in Jogiani Gram Panchayat of Madhya Pradesh's Singrauli district in the absence of electricity connection. The residents of the village stated that LED TV installed in school is nothing more than a "decorative showpiece". The 'smart class' was launched by the District Project Office of the Education Department in Singrauli.
