A resident of Rajasthan's Bharatpur was arrested on Friday on the charges of spying on the Indian Army for Pakistan. Police said Kasim, the accused, had gone to Pakistan twice, where he met ISI operatives. The investigation started when the Delhi Police Special Cell received information about PIOs using Indian mobile numbers to extract information from their Indian associates.
