Police in Odisha's Puri detained one Raghunath Sahoo, an allegedly "mentally ill" person, for scribbling graffiti threatening "Terrorists will destroy the Jagannath Temple" on the walls of the Budhi Maa Thakurani Temple. The graffiti, written in Odia at two locations, allegedly had mentions of PM Narendra Modi as well. "We've taken it seriously," said Puri SP Pinaki Mishra.
