Iranian minister Abbas Araghchi said his country would welcome nuclear proposal by US provided it is "balanced, and fair". He added that Iran will not give up its "right to enrich uranium" but can take confidence-building measures regarding "peaceful nature of its nuclear programme". US and its European allies have accused Iran of using nuclear programme to develop nuclear weapons.
