The Navi Mumbai International Airport will be India’s first fully digital airport. Built at a cost of ₹19,650 crore, it's supported by a fully automated and AI-enabled terminal, features a lotus-inspired architectural design, and uses natural lighting. The 1,160-hectare airport, which was inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi today, will include facilities for pre-booking vehicle parking slots.
