During his meeting with US President Donald Trump, Chinese President Xi Jinping told him, "Mr President you care a lot about world peace and you're very enthusiastic about settling various regional hotspot issues." The Chinese President said he appreciated Trump's great contribution to the recent conclusion of Gaza ceasefire agreement. "China and US should be partners and friends," Xi added.
