A week into Karnataka's socio-educational caste survey, 1,59,555 of 7,55,483 houses in Tumkur have been surveyed. Home Minister G Parameshwara said 6,537 officials are working to cover 50,000 houses daily. Led by Madhusudhan Naik, the survey aims to assess social and educational disparities, guiding policies, and will run statewide until October 7, 2025.
