BJP's Suvendu Adhikari claimed "there are one crore Rohingya immigrants and Bangladeshi Muslim voters in West Bengal" and called for a Bihar-like electoral roll revision. "The Election Commission should remove these names to ensure the credibility of the voter list," Adhikari said.
