At least one person died and 10 others are missing after a bus with 18 people onboard fell into Alaknanda river near Gholtir on the Badrinath Highway on Thursday. Seven people have been rescued so far, while police and State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) teams are carrying out search and rescue operations at the site.
