At least one person died and three were injured after a speeding Audi car ran over four people in Punjab's Ludhiana on Sunday. CCTV footage showed people being thrown into air after the car ran over them. Locals said the driver who was reportedly drunk managed to escape while the police arrived an hour late and seized the car.
