India celebrated Global Tiger Day 2025 at Delhi’s National Zoological Park, led by Minister Bhupender Yadav. He launched a 1 lakh tree plantation drive across 58 tiger reserves and urged citizens to plant trees under "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam." India’s leadership in tiger conservation, community eco-shops, and the Plastic-Free Tiger Reserves campaign were also key highlights of the event.
