The one-year-old of an Army officer died from dehydration after being moved between five hospitals across Uttarakhand's four districts over 180 km in six days. His mother alleged that the child was first taken to a village centre without paediatric care, then referred to various hospitals amid delayed ambulance support and negligence. CM Pushkar Dhami has ordered an investigation.
