Ramesh Kumar, father of a 10-month-old baby Neetika, died after a cloudburst struck the Talwara village in Mandi district, while the infant's mother and grandmother are yet to be traced. The 31-year-old Ramesh went out of his house to divert water gushing inside his home when the cloudburst struck. Neetika's mother and grandmother followed, but none of them returned.
